  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 2 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If a customer receives the wrong product, they must contact us within 2 days for a replacement or refund.

  • Non-Delivery: If an order does not arrive within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, customers may request a refund after an investigation with the courier.​

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Opened or Used Perfumes: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrances.

  • Personalized or Custom Orders: Items that have been customized or engraved are non-refundable unless faulty.

  • Sale Items: Products marked as “Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for refunds.

  • Suspected Fraudulent Claims: If a refund request appears fraudulent (e.g., repeated claims from the same customer, inconsistent evidence), we reserve the right to deny the refund and investigate further.

  2. If eligible, customers will receive return instructions. Items must be returned within 7 days of approval.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

PerfumeSprays is not responsible for:

  • Delays or issues caused by courier services, including lost packages after dispatch.

  • Customs delays or additional charges on international orders.

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events that may disrupt shipping or delivery schedules.
